Good thing I love fat babies!

Zoe and I just got back from the doctor’s office. She had her blood taken (again) and was also weighed. Q and I figured she was about 12 lbs by now, and we were close! She weighed in at 11 lb, 9 oz – up from 10 lb, 14 oz just ten days ago. That is over an ounce a day!

I don’t have any new pics to post, but we’ll likely have a lot after this weekend. It will be a special one for Zoe, as she’s meeting her (only) aunt for the very first time!! Sandy arrives tomorrow afternoon, and we’re all thrilled about her visit!

    Is this going to be the last time the doctor takes blood from Zoe? I hope so!!! Enough is enough!!!

    Quick note: Zoe has to get her blood taken a total of 5 more times. In 2 weeks at her 2 month check-up, then once a month until 6 months…

    Poor baby. She will end up being a pro in blood giving.

    Goodness, Zoe and Davey weigh about the same and Davey’s about twice as old. He’s a lean fellow. :-)
