Little co-worker
Friday, April 10th, 2015It’s spring break for the girls, and they’ve been passing the time by hanging around the house and having playdates with friends. Zoe, also, got a treat when she came to the office with me on Wednesday. We stayed for the whole day (I didn’t think Avery was quite ready for the long hours yet), and she immediately set up a little work area next to me. She spent most of her time reading (Harry Potter, natch), and she didn’t even seem to mind when I left her for a few meetings. (Though at one point she did ask, “Are your meetings done for the day?” When I told her yes, she said, “Oh, good – because I miss you when you’re gone.”)
