“Because I’m pretty”

ContinuingÂ on theÂ girl theme, Avery declared on the drive to camp today, “I like being a girl because I’m pretty.” After I laughed (and made a mental note to perhaps cut back on the compliments), she asked, “Did you like that I said that?”
