A ton? I&#8217;m exaggerating a bit, but\u00c2\u00a0there&#8217;s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the first-grade camping trip<\/li>\n<li>Girls on the Run, a 5K race that Zoe&#8217;s running<\/li>\n<li>Zoe and her school&#8217;s chorus\u00c2\u00a0singing the National Anthem at a Giants game<\/li>\n<li>a separate chorus concert for parents<\/li>\n<li>an all-school prayer service being led by the first graders<\/li>\n<li>Avery&#8217;s class&#8217; opera performance<\/li>\n<li>the first-grade pool party<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When you factor in permission slips, food and volunteer sign-ups, and tons of related emails (on top of, y&#8217;know,<em> life<\/em>), it&#8217;s enough to make one&#8217;s head spin.
