(&#8220;I got to be line leader,&#8221; she excitedly told me when I picked her up. &#8220;And [teacher] Mandy gave me a birthday hug!&#8221;) We took her out for a birthday dinner and blew out candles &#8211; then it was off\u00c2\u00a0to bed for Miss Four Year Old.
