With all that focus on San Francisco, I shouldn&#8217;t have been surprised with what happened at camp\u00c2\u00a0last week.\u00c2\u00a0During\u00c2\u00a0an\u00c2\u00a0all-camp assembly the director brought up 4th of July and asked the children which country was having a birthday. &#8220;San Francisco!&#8221; the kids all yelled back to her.
